We purchased our SKS-built house in 2013 and have been extremely pleased with the quality of construction and service from the owner/founder, Suvad Sabic. He’s innovative in his design and competitive in his pricing, his attention to detail and craftsmanship are impressive.
He adheres to the principle that work done correctly and without shortcuts leads to minimal follow-up repairs. He stands behind his product well beyond the first-year commitment typically extended by others. Unlike larger builders, doing business with SKS Homes also means doing business with Suvad. All interactions are directly with him – he’s accessible, responsive and accountable to do what he says he will do.
He does not aspire to be a large volume builder, choosing instead to be onsite every day to personally oversee all aspects of the construction and ensure it meets his high standards. He is honest, fair, trustworthy and a man of his word.
The most compelling evidence of client satisfaction is repeat business. When we decided to build a custom home this year, we didn’t solicit bids from anyone else. We’re confident SKS will build another amazing home for us and it will be an enjoyable experience.
